All too often we hear of complaints and the negative side of things, and all too often people forget to speak of positive experiences. We just wanted to let you know that the crew that was here yesterday really were terrific. As the day went on, they would check in with us here and there to explain things and at the end of the project, took us around and made sure we understood what was done and how it was done and didn't leave until they saw we were at ease. It was obvious they all knew their jobs and it was very obvious they all took pride in their work. We did tell them they did a great job and we thanked them but there is nothing better than having "The Boss" be told you did a great job! So on that note, please be advised that the crew you had here yesterday should get a pat on the back for a "Job well done!"

We felt compelled to write to you to let you know what a wonderful team you sent to my home. They were quick, quiet and very respectful of our home. They disposed of all the cement, dirt, etc. through my basement window. I'm sure it was not an easy job since they first had to dig a path through the snow to get access to the window. For anyone considering basement waterproofing, working with Paramount is a must. We met with three other waterproofing companies before Paramount, and were not impressed with any of them. Two of them used high pressure sales tactics. Sitting with us for nearly two hours and using all sorts of sales material, pictures, books and props. In fact, a "special price if you sign tonight" even came into play. The third wasn't sure what the problem was, although if we paid him his $7,900 he would "give it a try".

The people from Paramount were professional. They understood the foundation of our home and what had happened to cause basement leaking. They explained the work that would need to be done. We were told what the cost would be. Straight forward and honest.

Our water problem is gone and we now know a company we trust to recommend to friends and family.
