Making & Keeping Wet Basements Dry is Our Priority

Paramount came out to waterproof our basement for us this week and we are so grateful! Chris was so helpful with giving us a fair estimate and walking us through the process. He was very knowledgeable. The staff were friendly and conscientious. The whole process was much quicker than we thought and our basement looks great! Such a relief to not have to worry about the effects of heavy rain soaking the basement. Would highly recommend paramount!

We've had problems with our basement for years during very heavy rains. After doing as much outside remediation as possible, we hired Chris and his team to take care of the one corner of our basement which continues to give us trouble. Chris was extremely knowledge and professional. He took the time to patiently explain why it was happening, how it should be fixed, and what are the had-to-haves vs the nice-to-haves. Good Morning Chris,

All to often we hear of complaints and the negative side of things and all too often people forget to speak of positive experiences.

We just wanted to let you know that the crew that was here yesterday really were terrific.  As the day went on, they would check in with us here and there to explain things and at the end of the project, took us around and made sure we understood what was done and how is was done and didn't leave until they saw we were at ease.  It was obvious they all knew their jobs and it was very obvious they all took pride in their work.  

We did tell them they did a great job and we thanked them but there is nothing better than having "The Boss" be told you did a great job!  So on that note, please be advised that the crew you had here yesterday should get a pat on the back for a "Job well done!"
